Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of TVDrive and the TVDrive Picker web app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
TVDrive is an app for Apple TV that helps you browse, display, and play content from Google Drive. The TVDrive Picker web app is a companion web page that helps you authorize and select files or folders for access.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms that govern your Google account and any content you access.
You must have authority to authorize access to the Google Drive files or folders you connect to TVDrive.
3. Authorized Access
TVDrive is intended to access only content that you explicitly authorize through Google's authorization flow and Google Picker. You are responsible for reviewing what you authorize and for revoking access if you no longer want the service to have it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TVDrive to:
- Access content you do not own or do not have permission to use.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or related infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass security, authorization, or usage limits.
5. Third-Party Services
TVDrive depends on third-party services, including Google authorization and Google Drive APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and they may change, suspend, or limit availability at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The TVDrive service, excluding your own content and third-party content, is owned by its operator or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Availability and Changes
TVDrive may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features may change as the app evolves or as third-party platform requirements change.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TVDrive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVDrive's operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, revenue, or profits arising from or related to your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Access to the service may be limited or terminated if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
